Warm Winter Smoothie with Sweet Potato and Dates

Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium roasted or steamed sweet potato, sliced skin removed
  • 3 pitted dates
  • 1 cup warm almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon cacao
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • dash of ceylon cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Make sure the sweet potato is still hot.

  2. Blitz everything in a high-speed blender.

  3. Serve.
