Warm Winter Smoothie with Sweet Potato and Dates
Ingredients
- 1/2 medium roasted or steamed sweet potato, sliced skin removed
- 3 pitted dates
- 1 cup warm almond milk or coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon cacao
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- dash of ceylon cinnamon
Preparation
Make sure the sweet potato is still hot.
Blitz everything in a high-speed blender.
Serve.
