Simple Cashew Milk with Natural Sweeteners
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews (soaked overnight)
- 6 cups filtered water
- 3 pitted dates (to sweeten)
- ceylon cinnamon
- himalayan pink salt
Preparation
Remove soaked cashews from fridge and drain the water.
Add cashews to blender then the water, dates, cinnamon, and salt.
Blend on high until smooth and frothy.
Strain if desired, but it is not necessary.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
