Raisin Juice with Cinnamon and Rose Water

Ingredients

  • 2 cups raisins
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 small stick cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon rose water

Preparation

  1. Place the raisins, water, and cinnamon in a pot.

  2. Soak for 10 minutes.

  3. Boil gently for 5 minutes.

  4. Strain the juice and add the rose water.

  5. Refrigerate until cold.

  6. Serve in a pitcher, diluted with additional water and ice cubes as needed.
