Vegan Pizza with Grilled Vegetables

Ingredients

Dough

  • 4 cups (500g) flour
  • 1 1/4 cup (300ml) lukewarm water
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • a little salt

Grilled vegetables

  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1/2 zucchini

Preparation

  1. Knead until it’s a soft dough and let it rest for at least 2 hours, the longer the better.

  2. Shape into 4 balls and let them rest for 5-6 hours.

  3. Place on a well-floured surface and press the air to the outer edges to form a round pizza.

  4. Add the toppings of your choice.

  5. Bake at 265°C/510°F for 6-8 minutes.

Grilled vegetables

  1. Fry the onion, bell pepper, and zucchini in some oil.

  2. Season with balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and herbs.
