Vegan Pizza with Grilled Vegetables
Ingredients
Dough
- 4 cups (500g) flour
- 1 1/4 cup (300ml) lukewarm water
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- a little salt
Grilled vegetables
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 1/2 zucchini
Preparation
Knead until it’s a soft dough and let it rest for at least 2 hours, the longer the better.
Shape into 4 balls and let them rest for 5-6 hours.
Place on a well-floured surface and press the air to the outer edges to form a round pizza.
Add the toppings of your choice.
Bake at 265°C/510°F for 6-8 minutes.
Grilled vegetables
Fry the onion, bell pepper, and zucchini in some oil.
Season with balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and herbs.
