Spanish Chickpeas with Spinach and Prawns

Ingredients

  • 200 grams cooked chickpeas
  • 200 grams peeled prawns
  • 150 grams fresh spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika (or spicy, to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • A splash of water or broth (optional)

Preparation

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and add the sliced garlic. Sautรฉ until golden.

  2. Add the prawns and sautรฉ for 2-3 minutes, until they change color.

  3. Add the spinach little by little and cook until it wilts.

  4. Incorporate the cooked chickpeas and mix well.

  5. Sprinkle the paprika, adjust salt and pepper, and add a splash of water if you want it juicier.

  6. Cook everything together for 5 minutes and it's ready to enjoy.
