Stir-Fried Broccoli with Shrimp and Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 head broccoli
  • 10 meatballs
  • 250 grams fresh shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sweet soy sauce
  • Salt, sugar, ground pepper to taste
  • 200 ml water
  • Oil for stir-frying

Sliced spices

  • 4 shallots
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • Bird's eye chilies to taste

Preparation

  1. Stir-fry the sliced spices until wilted.

  2. Add the shrimp and stir-fry until the color changes.

  3. Add water and then add the meatballs.

  4. Add salt, sugar, oyster sauce, sesame oil, pepper, and sweet soy sauce; stir well, wait until it boils, then add the broccoli and cook until it is wilted. Adjust the seasoning and serve.
