Stir-Fried Water Spinach with Seafood

Ingredients

  • Oil for sautéing
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 5 red bird's eye chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon roasted shrimp paste
  • 1 bunch water spinach, chopped
  • 6 shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 large squid, scored and cubed
  • Salt and mushroom seasoning to taste
  • A little boiled water

Preparation

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic, chilies, and shrimp paste, and sauté until fragrant.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients, cover the pan briefly, then uncover and stir-fry quickly until the water spinach wilts. Taste for seasoning, then remove from heat and serve.
