Stir-Fried Water Spinach with Seafood
Ingredients
- Oil for sautéing
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 5 red bird's eye chilies, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon roasted shrimp paste
- 1 bunch water spinach, chopped
- 6 shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 large squid, scored and cubed
- Salt and mushroom seasoning to taste
- A little boiled water
Preparation
Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic, chilies, and shrimp paste, and sauté until fragrant.
Add the remaining ingredients, cover the pan briefly, then uncover and stir-fry quickly until the water spinach wilts. Taste for seasoning, then remove from heat and serve.
