Shrimp and Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 10 shrimp (300g)
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small cucumber, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Sugar, to taste
  • Mushroom stock powder, to taste
  • Oil for stir-frying, as needed
  • Water, as needed

Preparation

  1. Stir-fry the garlic until fragrant, then add the cleaned and headless shrimp.

  2. Once the shrimp change color, add the onion and bell pepper, then add a little water.

  3. Add sweet soy sauce, lemon juice, sesame oil, salt, sugar, and mushroom stock powder.

  4. Add the cucumber, boil briefly, turn off the heat, and serve.
