Shrimp and Vegetable Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 10 shrimp (300g)
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small cucumber, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt, to taste
- Sugar, to taste
- Mushroom stock powder, to taste
- Oil for stir-frying, as needed
- Water, as needed
Preparation
Stir-fry the garlic until fragrant, then add the cleaned and headless shrimp.
Once the shrimp change color, add the onion and bell pepper, then add a little water.
Add sweet soy sauce, lemon juice, sesame oil, salt, sugar, and mushroom stock powder.
Add the cucumber, boil briefly, turn off the heat, and serve.
