Stir-Fried Water Spinach with Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 250g fresh water spinach
  • 100g small shrimp
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 large red chili
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
  • Sugar
  • Salt

Preparation

  1. Cut the water spinach to desired size and wash thoroughly.

  2. Clean the shrimp, wash thoroughly, and drain.

  3. Stir-fry garlic and red chili until fragrant, then add water spinach.

  4. When the water from the spinach has come out a little, add oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, sugar, and salt.

  5. Finally, add shrimp and taste to adjust seasoning.
