Stir-Fried Water Spinach with Shrimp
Ingredients
- 250g fresh water spinach
- 100g small shrimp
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 large red chili
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- Sugar
- Salt
Preparation
Cut the water spinach to desired size and wash thoroughly.
Clean the shrimp, wash thoroughly, and drain.
Stir-fry garlic and red chili until fragrant, then add water spinach.
When the water from the spinach has come out a little, add oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, sugar, and salt.
Finally, add shrimp and taste to adjust seasoning.
