Stir-Fried Clams with Bean Sprouts
Ingredients
- 200g shelled clams
- bean sprouts (1 plate)
- 4 small green onions
Seasonings
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 medium onion
- 4 mixed red and green chilies
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon anchovy stock (optional)
- pepper to taste
- sugar to taste
- salt to taste
Preparation
Sauté the garlic, half the onion, and half the chilies until fragrant.
Add the clams to the pan.
Mix all the seasonings in a bowl, stir well, and add to the pan.
Add the remaining onion, chilies, bean sprouts, and green onions.
Adjust the seasoning to taste and remove from heat while the bean sprouts and green onions are still crisp.
