Shrimp in Butter Sauce

Ingredients

  • 250 grams shrimp (head removed)
  • margarine or butter (as needed)
  • green onions

Sauce mixture

  • 2 teaspoons oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 5 tablespoons water

Aromatics

  • 1 small onion
  • 3 garlic cloves (smashed)

Preparation

  1. Prepare all ingredients.

  2. Fry the shrimp briefly until the color changes.

  3. Heat the butter and sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.

  4. Add the shrimp, add the sauce mixture, and stir briefly.

  5. Add the green onions, stir, and remove from heat.
