Ingredients
- brown rice
- shredded carrots
- cherry tomatoes
- sweet corn
- pinto beans
- steamed broccoli
- purple cabbage

Spicy yogurt sauce
- 1/4 cup dairy-free plain yogurt
- 1-2 teaspoons hot sauce
Preparation
