Concentration and Memory-Boosting Turkish Tea
Ingredients
- 1 apple, sliced
- 1/3 cup dried blueberries (may be fresh)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 cup Ajwa dates
- 3 cardamom pods
- 1/3 sliced lemon
- 4 cups of water
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a pot.
Let the mixture cook on very low heat for 20 minutes.
No sweetener is needed as dates provide sufficient sweetness.
Adjust ingredient quantities to taste.
