Candida-Friendly Breakfast with Eggs and Avocado
Ingredients
- Ezekiel bread
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup green tea
Preparation
Bring a pot of water to a simmer and add a splash of vinegar for poaching. Crack the eggs into the water and cook for 3-4 minutes until the whites are set but yolks are runny.
Toast the Ezekiel bread until golden brown.
Slice the avocado into thin pieces or mash it.
Brew the green tea by steeping a tea bag in hot water for 2-3 minutes.
Assemble by placing the poached eggs and sliced avocado on top of the toasted bread.
