Ingredients
- marinated lemongrass tofu
- soy-glazed mushrooms
- pickled carrots
- fresh herbs
- vermicelli noodles
- sweet chili dressing
Preparation
Marinate the tofu with lemongrass and flavorings
Cook the marinated tofu until done
Glaze the mushrooms with soy sauce
Prepare pickled carrots by pickling in advance
Cook the vermicelli noodles according to package instructions
