Spiced Quinoa Stir-Fry with Vegetables

Ingredients

  • Quinoa
  • Water (in 1:3 ratio with quinoa)
  • Oil (small amount)
  • Cumin
  • Mustard seeds
  • Garlic
  • Vegetables of choice
  • Salt
  • Curry leaves

Preparation

  1. Boil quinoa with water in a 1:3 ratio and set aside

  2. In a pan, add a little oil and temper with cumin, mustard, garlic, vegetables of choice, salt, curry leaves, and other seasonings

  3. Add the cooked quinoa and mix it well

  4. Serve the dish
