Vegan Longevity Noodles Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 300g dried Asian wheat noodles
- 100g chives
- 80g shiitake mushrooms
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 2 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp white pepper
- Salt for seasoning (optional)
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp oil for cooking
Preparation
Cook the noodles according to the package direction. Drain and rinse with cold water and set aside.
Heat oil and sauté garlic and yellow onion. Add in mushrooms and cook for a few minutes.
Add in the noodles, soy sauce, sesame oil, white pepper and water. Stir fry for another few minutes or until everything is well combined.
Lastly, add in the chives and gently mix until well combined. Serve immediately and enjoy.
