Sweet and Spicy Crispy Tofu
Ingredients
- Tofu
- Corn starch
- Sriracha
- Honey
Preparation
Cut the tofu into bite-sized chunks.
Press the tofu thoroughly to remove excess water.
Dust the tofu chunks with corn starch.
Air fry the tofu until crispy and golden.
Mix sriracha and honey to create the glaze.
Toss the air-fried tofu in the glaze until well coated.
Serve immediately.
