Chewy Chocolate Pumpkin Brownies
Ingredients
- 3/4 pumpkin puree
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 cup @bobsredmill almond flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips {optional}
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.
In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients, then stir in the wet ingredients.
Fold in the chocolate chips, pour into the 8x8 pan, and bake for 30 minutes. Allow them to cool before cutting slices. Enjoy!
