Granola Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup Purely Elizabeth Vanilla Almond Butter Grain-Free Granola
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 egg
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray or line a baking sheet.
In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and almond milk.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, coconut sugar, cacao powder, and baking powder. Stir in the chocolate chips and Purely Elizabeth Vanilla Almond Butter Grain-Free Granola.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
Use a cookie scoop to portion out 14 cookies and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Allow the cookies to cool before serving.
