Granola Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup Purely Elizabeth Vanilla Almond Butter Grain-Free Granola
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 egg

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray or line a baking sheet.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and almond milk.

  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, coconut sugar, cacao powder, and baking powder. Stir in the chocolate chips and Purely Elizabeth Vanilla Almond Butter Grain-Free Granola.

  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.

  5. Use a cookie scoop to portion out 14 cookies and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 10 minutes.

  7. Allow the cookies to cool before serving.
