Pumpkin Spice Fudge Brownies
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 cup of oats
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line an 8x8 baking tray with baking paper
In a bowl, mix together the pumpkin purée, almond butter, vanilla essence and eggs
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until well combined and pour into the prepared baking tray
Bake for 18 mins and leave to cool for 10 mins
