Hot Blueberry Oat Bake
Ingredients
Filling
- 400g frozen pack of blueberries
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
Topping
- 125g oats
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp almond butter
Preparation
Mix the blueberry ingredients together and place at the bottom of an ovenproof dish.
Mix the dry ingredients together and spoon on top.
Bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
Leave to cool a bit, slice and layer.
Serve with dairy-free yoghurt and more maple syrup.
Enjoy with a tea or coffee with soya milk.
