Easy Breakfast Muffins with Oats and Bananas
Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten-free oats
- 3/4 cup almond butter
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips or alternatives like raisins, berries, nuts
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together.
