Classic Warm Strawberry Crumble Dessert

Ingredients

  • 600 g strawberries
  • 200 g all-purpose flour
  • 120 g sugar
  • 125 g cold butter

Preparation

  1. Wash strawberries, remove green tops, and dice

  2. Rub flour, sugar, and cold butter with your hands until a crumbly topping forms

  3. Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C for convection ovens)

  4. Place strawberries in a 24x18 cm baking dish and cover with crumble topping

  5. Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown

  6. Serve warm

Serving suggestion

  1. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream
