Classic Warm Strawberry Crumble Dessert
Ingredients
- 600 g strawberries
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 120 g sugar
- 125 g cold butter
Preparation
Wash strawberries, remove green tops, and dice
Rub flour, sugar, and cold butter with your hands until a crumbly topping forms
Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C for convection ovens)
Place strawberries in a 24x18 cm baking dish and cover with crumble topping
Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown
Serve warm
