Crispy Baked Potato Slices
Ingredients
- 5 or 6 sliced potatoes
- Salt, to taste
- Nutmeg, to taste
- Oil, to taste
- Paprika, to taste
- Rosemary, to taste
- Thyme, to taste
Preparation
Boil 5 or 6 sliced potatoes for 7 minutes, depending on the number of people.
Drain and rinse with very cold water.
Transfer the potatoes to a baking dish and season to taste with salt, nutmeg, oil, paprika, rosemary, and thyme.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C, turning each potato occasionally to ensure even browning.
