Crispy Baked Potato Slices

Ingredients

  • 5 or 6 sliced potatoes
  • Salt, to taste
  • Nutmeg, to taste
  • Oil, to taste
  • Paprika, to taste
  • Rosemary, to taste
  • Thyme, to taste

Preparation

  1. Boil 5 or 6 sliced potatoes for 7 minutes, depending on the number of people.

  2. Drain and rinse with very cold water.

  3. Transfer the potatoes to a baking dish and season to taste with salt, nutmeg, oil, paprika, rosemary, and thyme.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C, turning each potato occasionally to ensure even browning.
