Delicious Cheesy Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
- Broccoli
- Carrots
- Zucchini
- Japanese sweet potatoes
- Cheddar cheese
- Almond milk
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Salt and pepper
- Grapeseed oil
Preparation
Toss the veggies in grapeseed oil and roast them at 400°F for 20 minutes.
Put about 1/2 cup of veggies in a blender with almond milk and spices and blend until creamy.
Pour the soup into a pot, add some cheese, and stir until melted.
