Easy Puff Pastry Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

  • 400 grams puff pastry
  • 2 tablespoons soft butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • Flour for dusting

Preparation

  1. Set the middle rack in the oven.

  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and prepare cupcake molds.

  3. Sprinkle some flour on the table and use a rolling pin to roll out the dough into a square about 9x9 inches.

  4. Spread some butter on the square.

  5. In a bowl, put sugar and cinnamon, mix to combine.

  6. Sprinkle some of the sugar-cinnamon mixture on the dough.

  7. Flip it to the other side, then spread butter, and sprinkle some sugar-cinnamon mixture.

  8. Using a pizza cutter, cut the dough into strips about 1 inch thick.

  9. Roll each strip into a roll to form cinnamon rolls.

  10. Place the rolls in the molds.

  11. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

  12. Gradually add milk to the remaining sugar-cinnamon mixture, stir to make a smooth sauce.

  13. Pour the sauce over the rolls, let it set for a few minutes, then serve.
