Easy Puff Pastry Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients
- 400 grams puff pastry
- 2 tablespoons soft butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons milk
- Flour for dusting
Preparation
Set the middle rack in the oven.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and prepare cupcake molds.
Sprinkle some flour on the table and use a rolling pin to roll out the dough into a square about 9x9 inches.
Spread some butter on the square.
In a bowl, put sugar and cinnamon, mix to combine.
Sprinkle some of the sugar-cinnamon mixture on the dough.
Flip it to the other side, then spread butter, and sprinkle some sugar-cinnamon mixture.
Using a pizza cutter, cut the dough into strips about 1 inch thick.
Roll each strip into a roll to form cinnamon rolls.
Place the rolls in the molds.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
Gradually add milk to the remaining sugar-cinnamon mixture, stir to make a smooth sauce.
Pour the sauce over the rolls, let it set for a few minutes, then serve.
