Easy White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 225g butter
  • 100g brown sugar
  • 80g granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 330g all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 200g white chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Beat the butter and sugar together until creamy.

  2. Add the eggs one at a time and the vanilla extract, then continue beating.

  3. Add the dry ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.

  4. Fold in the white chocolate chips.

  5. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  6. Scoop tablespoons of dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space between them.

  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 185°C for 8-10 minutes or until edges are golden.

  8. Let the cookies cool on the tray for 5-6 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
