Everything and Anything Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup steamed brown rice
- 1 cup steamed spinach
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chickpeas
- 2 to 3 sliced radishes
- Avocado slices
Preparation
Steam 1 cup of brown rice until cooked.
Steam 1 cup of spinach until wilted.
Chop 1/4 cup of bell pepper.
Slice 2 to 3 radishes.
Slice avocado to desired thickness.
Assemble all ingredients in a bowl.
