Everything and Anything Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup steamed brown rice
  • 1 cup steamed spinach
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chickpeas
  • 2 to 3 sliced radishes
  • Avocado slices

Preparation

  1. Steam 1 cup of brown rice until cooked.

  2. Steam 1 cup of spinach until wilted.

  3. Chop 1/4 cup of bell pepper.

  4. Slice 2 to 3 radishes.

  5. Slice avocado to desired thickness.

  6. Assemble all ingredients in a bowl.
