Crispy Baked Curried Chickpeas Bowl

Ingredients

  • • 400g can chickpeas, drained & rinsed
  • 1 tsp curry powder

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan/400F/gas 6, line a baking tray with non stick baking parchment

  2. After draining and rinsing the chickpeas, pat them dry with a clean tea towel, then add them to a bowl

  3. Sprinkle in the curry powder and stir until the curry powder has coated all of the chickpeas

  4. Bake them in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes , turning them over halfway through cooking time
