Crispy Baked Curried Chickpeas Bowl
Ingredients
- 400g can chickpeas
- drained & rinsed • 1 tsp curry powder
Preparation
Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan/400F/gas 6, line a baking tray with non stick baking parchment
After draining and rinsing the chickpeas, pat them dry with a clean tea towel, then add them to a bowl
Sprinkle in the curry powder and stir until the curry powder has coated all of the chickpeas
Bake them in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes , turning them over halfway through cooking time
