Nutrient-Packed Quinoa Seed Crackers

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/3 cup sesame seeds
  • Sea salt and black pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Mix chia seeds with water and let sit for 10-15 minutes to form a gel.

  2. Stir in cooked quinoa, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sea salt, and black pepper.

  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a lined baking sheet.

  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-40 minutes or until crisp and golden.
