Rhubarb Cake with Vanilla Pudding and Crumbles
Ingredients
Dough
- 300 g flour
- 7 g baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 125 g sugar
- 125 ml sunflower oil
- 250 ml plantbased milk
- 150 g apple sauce
Crumble
- 60 g margarine
- 50 g oats
- 50 g flour
- 60 g sugar
Filling
- one package vanilla pudding
- about ten small stacks rhubarb
Preparation
Pour the dough in a cake pan.
Add the cooked vanilla pudding and then the rhubarb.
Put the crumbles on top.
Bake for about 40 min in the oven.
