Rhubarb Cake with Vanilla Pudding and Crumbles

Ingredients

Dough

  • 300 g flour
  • 7 g baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 125 g sugar
  • 125 ml sunflower oil
  • 250 ml plantbased milk
  • 150 g apple sauce

Crumble

  • 60 g margarine
  • 50 g oats
  • 50 g flour
  • 60 g sugar

Filling

  • one package vanilla pudding
  • about ten small stacks rhubarb

Preparation

  1. Pour the dough in a cake pan.

  2. Add the cooked vanilla pudding and then the rhubarb.

  3. Put the crumbles on top.

  4. Bake for about 40 min in the oven.
