Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Spices and Oil

Ingredients

  • Brussels sprouts
  • 1 Tbsp avocado oil
  • cayenne
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • mushroom seasoning blend from Trader Joe's
  • black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1 Tbsp coconut liquid aminos

Preparation

  1. Put the Brussels sprouts into a bowl.

  2. Mix with 1 Tbsp avocado oil, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, mushroom seasoning blend, black pepper, and salt to taste or 1 Tbsp coconut liquid aminos.

  3. Roast in a 425F oven for about 20 minutes or until crisp on the outside.
