Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Spices and Oil
Ingredients
- Brussels sprouts
- 1 Tbsp avocado oil
- cayenne
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- mushroom seasoning blend from Trader Joe's
- black pepper
- salt to taste
- 1 Tbsp coconut liquid aminos
Preparation
Put the Brussels sprouts into a bowl.
Mix with 1 Tbsp avocado oil, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, mushroom seasoning blend, black pepper, and salt to taste or 1 Tbsp coconut liquid aminos.
Roast in a 425F oven for about 20 minutes or until crisp on the outside.
