Sticky Chocolate Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 50g oats
- 1 small very over ripe mashed banana ?1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder ?1 tbsp maple syrup or natural sweetener of choice ?100ml any hot dairy free milk
- 50ml boiling water
Preparation
Put oats into a bowl and pour over hot water and hot milk. Leave to soak for 5 mins
Meanwhile mash the banana and add to oats
Add everything else into the bowl and mix until smooth
Line a baking tin with grease proof paper
Bake in the oven on 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes
