Sticky Chocolate Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 50g oats
  • 1 small very over ripe mashed banana ?1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder ?1 tbsp maple syrup or natural sweetener of choice ?100ml any hot dairy free milk
  • 50ml boiling water

Preparation

  1. Put oats into a bowl and pour over hot water and hot milk. Leave to soak for 5 mins

  2. Meanwhile mash the banana and add to oats

  3. Add everything else into the bowl and mix until smooth

  4. Line a baking tin with grease proof paper

  5. Bake in the oven on 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes
