Strawberry Jam Doughnut Baked Crumpets

Ingredients

  • 20g strawberry jam doughnut protein
  • 60ml egg replacer
  • 40ml aquafaba
  • 60ml almond milk
  • 2 crumpets, cubed
  • Generous dollops of strawberry chia jam
  • A few banana slices
  • Peanut butter for drizzling

Preparation

  1. Whisk together the strawberry jam doughnut protein, egg replacer, aquafaba, and almond milk.

  2. Pour the mixture over the cubed crumpets in a baking dish.

  3. Add generous dollops of strawberry chia jam and a few banana slices.

  4. Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes or until the top is crispy.

  5. Finish with a drizzle of peanut butter.

Tips

  1. Use homemade strawberry chia jam for the best flavor.

  2. If you forget the banana slices, they can be added before or after baking.
