Strawberry Jam Doughnut Baked Crumpets
Ingredients
- 20g strawberry jam doughnut protein
- 60ml egg replacer
- 40ml aquafaba
- 60ml almond milk
- 2 crumpets, cubed
- Generous dollops of strawberry chia jam
- A few banana slices
- Peanut butter for drizzling
Preparation
Whisk together the strawberry jam doughnut protein, egg replacer, aquafaba, and almond milk.
Pour the mixture over the cubed crumpets in a baking dish.
Add generous dollops of strawberry chia jam and a few banana slices.
Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes or until the top is crispy.
Finish with a drizzle of peanut butter.
Tips
Use homemade strawberry chia jam for the best flavor.
If you forget the banana slices, they can be added before or after baking.
