Sweet Healthy Coconut Oatmeal Poundcake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup veggie milk

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender.

  2. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
