Cashew Oat Blender Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups @natureseats cashew flour
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup almond milk

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray or line a loaf pan.

  2. Put all of the ingredients into a high powered blender or food processor and blend until creamy.

  3. Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes. Allow it to cool before cutting slices.
