The Best Peanut Tofu Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 block firm tofu, drained
  • ✨1/6 cup soy sauce
  • ✨1.5 tbsp peanut butter (i used roasted smooth)
  • ✨ 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ✨ 1/2 tbsp sriracha (or less)
  • ✨ 1/4 tsp garlic powder ✨ 1/4 inch fresh ginger, minced

Preparation

  1. Sesame seeds

  2. Optional) salted peanuts

  3. Broccoli, steamed

  4. Preheat oven 180 c / 350 f

  5. Cube the tofu and bake for 20 mins

  6. Mix the remaining ingredients (minus to serve) and add the baked tofu, leave for 10-20 mins

  7. Then, remove the tofu from the marinade and sauté in a pan (adding a bit of oil but optional)
