The Best Peanut Tofu Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 block firm tofu, drained
- ✨1/6 cup soy sauce
- ✨1.5 tbsp peanut butter (i used roasted smooth)
- ✨ 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ✨ 1/2 tbsp sriracha (or less)
- ✨ 1/4 tsp garlic powder ✨ 1/4 inch fresh ginger, minced
Preparation
Sesame seeds
Optional) salted peanuts
Broccoli, steamed
Preheat oven 180 c / 350 f
Cube the tofu and bake for 20 mins
Mix the remaining ingredients (minus to serve) and add the baked tofu, leave for 10-20 mins
Then, remove the tofu from the marinade and sauté in a pan (adding a bit of oil but optional)
