Creamy Chickpea Nutella
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpea, drained (no need to rinse)
- 1 cup nut milk (homemade almond milk sweetened with dates)
- 1 cup @santabarbarachocolate chips (100% cacao)
- 3-4 dates, or to taste
- Pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg (optional)
Preparation
Blend the chickpeas with milk and dates until very creamy. Taste for sweetness. Add more milk or hot water if it is too thick.
Melt the chocolate chips and pour into the mixture. Blend again until smooth and creamy.
Serve with homemade pumpkin bread with blueberries and cacao nibs.
