Dreamy Dragonfruit Milkshake
Ingredients
- 1 dragon fruit, skin removed
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup fresh almond milk, unsweetened
- 1/2 cup organic desiccated coconut
- 3 drops pure vanilla essence or contents of 1 vanilla bean
- 1 cup ice cubes
Preparation
Add all ingredients in the order listed to a blender and blend for 30-60 seconds until foamy and milkshake-like.
Serve in high glasses with a straw and optionally sprinkle extra desiccated coconut.
