Dreamy Dragonfruit and Banana Milkshake
Ingredients
- 1 dragon fruit, peeled
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup organic desiccated coconut
- 3 drops pure vanilla essence or contents of 1 vanilla bean
- 1 cup ice cubes
Preparation
Add all ingredients in the order listed to a blender and blend for 30 to 60 seconds until foamy and milkshake-like.
Serve in high glasses with a straw and optionally sprinkle extra desiccated coconut.

Dragonfruit, also known as pitaya, is rich in vitamin C, B vitamins, and minerals like iron and calcium, and it has high fiber content that can aid digestion.
