Dreamy Dragonfruit and Banana Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 1 dragon fruit, peeled
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup organic desiccated coconut
  • 3 drops pure vanilla essence or contents of 1 vanilla bean
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients in the order listed to a blender and blend for 30 to 60 seconds until foamy and milkshake-like.

  2. Serve in high glasses with a straw and optionally sprinkle extra desiccated coconut.
