Dreamy Dragonfruit Milkshake with Banana and Almond Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 dragon fruit
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup fresh almond milk
  • 1/2 cup organic desiccated coconut
  • 3 drops pure vanilla essence
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Remove the skin from the dragon fruit.

  2. Peel and slice the banana, then freeze it beforehand.

  3. Add all ingredients in the order listed to a blender and blend for 30-60 seconds until foamy milkshake consistency is achieved.

  4. Serve in high glasses with a straw and optional extra sprinkled desiccated coconut for a true milkshake feel.
