Dreamy Dragonfruit Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 1 dragon fruit, skin removed
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup fresh almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup organic desiccated coconut
  • 3 drops pure vanilla essence or 1 vanilla bean
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Remove the skin from the dragon fruit.

  2. Peel and slice the banana, then freeze it until firm.

  3. Add all ingredients in the order listed to a blender.

  4. Blend for 30-60 seconds until you achieve a foamy, milkshake consistency.

  5. Serve in high glasses with a straw and optionally sprinkle extra desiccated coconut.
