Easy Apple Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup applesauce (you can also use fresh apples, peeled)
  • 1 medium frozen banana (about 2/3 cup)
  • 1 pitted Medjool date
  • 1 spoonful almond butter
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.
