Cookie Dough Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 - 1 frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup milk, of choice
  • 1 tbsp organic Sunbutter
  • 1 - 2 scoops vanilla pea protein
  • 1 tbsp flax seed meal
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Mini chocolate chips or cacao nibs (blended or sprinkled on top)

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen banana, milk, Sunbutter, vanilla pea protein, flax seed meal, and vanilla extract.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. If using mini chocolate chips or cacao nibs, add them to the blender and pulse briefly to incorporate, leaving some small bits for texture.

  4. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
