Lemon Cream Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop Further Food’s NEW Lemon Collagen Peptides
  • 1 scoop Further Food Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 tsp lemon extract
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 pitted Medjool dates
  • 4 ice cubes
  • Pinch of salt
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
