Easy Chocolate Hummus for Healthy Snacking
Ingredients
- 230g tinned chickpeas, skins removed
- 4tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4tsp fine sea salt
- 3-4tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2tsp vanilla extract
- 2tbsp water
Accompaniments
- Salted pretzels
- Dark chocolate chips
- Berries
- Rice cakes
- Crackers
Preparation
Remove skins from chickpeas for a smoother texture.
Blend all ingredients except water together.
Add water and blend again until smooth.
