Keeping It Clean and Keeping It Green

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup aquafaba
  • 2 tbs of tahini
  • juice of one lemon
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbs of olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp of cumin
  • 1/8 tsp of black pepper
  • 3/8 tsp of pink himalayan salt
  • 2 large handfuls of spinach

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients into a food processor and blend well

  2. Place hummus onto serving bowl and garnish with hemp seeds

  3. Serve with veggies or crackers of choice and enjoy! Also great on toast, sandwiches, and salads
