Energy Green Bowl with Spinach Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup aquafaba
  • 2 tbs of tahini
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbs of olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp of cumin
  • 1/8 tsp of black pepper
  • 3/8 tsp of pink himalayan salt
  • 2 large handfuls of spinach

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients into a food processor and blend well

  2. Place hummus onto serving bowl and garnish with hemp seeds

  3. Serve with veggies or crackers of choice and enjoy
