Energy Green Bowl with Spinach Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of chickpeas
- 1/2 cup aquafaba
- 2 tbs of tahini
- Juice of one lemon
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbs of olive oil
- 1/4 tsp of cumin
- 1/8 tsp of black pepper
- 3/8 tsp of pink himalayan salt
- 2 large handfuls of spinach
Preparation
Combine all ingredients into a food processor and blend well
Place hummus onto serving bowl and garnish with hemp seeds
Serve with veggies or crackers of choice and enjoy
